Fritz Kalkbrenner – machine-made music with a soulful voice

Fritz Kalkbrenner’s first music video ‘Facing the Sun’ reinforces, what he already had revealed in his famous brother Paul Kalkbrenner’s hit ‘Sky and Sand:’ that he’s a gifted singer/songwriter and a state-of-the-art ‘techno pop’ producer, too!

About his musical history Fritz Kalkbrenner says:
“I was born in Berlin, raised on Planet Funk. Many years ago, I was fallen in love with the machines and the dusty wax that’s older than me. I’m still on it. But I got so little time.”

You can hear that in this song – machine-made music with a soulful voice:

The debut album ‘Here Today Gone Tomorrow’ is out now on SUOL/Rough Trade.
